Mixed-Use, Formerly Vacant Building
Formerly a burned out pizza shop, Edgemont worked with the owner to restore the building into a six units apartment building with two ground floor retail spaces. Highlights of the project including tearing down a section of the front wall and rebuilding it to the NPS Preservation Standards. Additional highlights include the construction of a handicapped ramp along with two gorgeous, historically respectful storefronts.
