Formerly the nuns house of the Catholic Church, and then an office building, this building was stripped down to the bones a rebuilt as eight apartment units. This project was awarded the CHAP tax credit and Federal Historic Tax Credit. The project was awarded a Baltimore Heritage Award in 2016.
