His extensive experience in both commercial and residential development positions him to drive projects to completion with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. The firm benefits from Jake’s leadership in various operational areas, including overseeing sales efforts, optimizing business systems, and ensuring high standards of construction execution.
Jake has a degree in International Relations and Economics from The Johns Hopkins University. While at JHU, Jake played four years of Varsity football. His certifications in OSHA 30-hour supervision, EPA Lead Safe Supervisor, and LEED GA further demonstrate his commitment to safety, sustainability, and industry best practices. Through his work as President of the Baltimore City Chapter of the Maryland Building Industry Association (MBIA) and as a Board Member of Waverly Main Streets (WMS), Jake plays an active role in shaping the local construction landscape, while also giving back to the community. In 2024, the Baltimore Business Journal recognized Jake as one of its “40 Under 40.” The MBIA has twice recognized Jake as Baltimore City Chapter Member of the Year.
